All members must follow this code of law.
Chapter 1
----Visioning and Setting an Example
Team Rocket is a dream of the ideal clan.
Articulate your vision on what you want to build.
We must put our values first, and work together to conquer the gaming community, and the world.
We will lead by example and be followed by all.
We will follow these commandments of Team Rocket.
Energy- We must never show any weaknesses and never back down in what we believe.
Energize- We perform at our very best all of the time and are never intimidated.
Execution- We are action oriented and focused on getting the goal.
Edge- We will go for it all and do our very best 110% of the time.

Chapter 2
----Communication
“The way we communicate with others and with ourselves ultimately determines the quality of our clan” -The Noobfragger 10/5/10
Effective communication is all about conveying your messages to other people clearly and unambiguously.
Things that can interrupt our communication are things like echomic, robotvoice, music spammers, and <13 year olds(squeekers).
We must avoid the above by muting them as soon as we can.
--When in any type of match whether it be a public game or a clan match we will always use callouts
8 Commandments of Communication
Developing----When in any type of match whether it be a public game or a clan match we will always use callouts
Preparing----Prepare all your thoughts before you speak so you don't sound like a dumbass.
Listening----You must have a quiet background to be able to hear well, and must have your sound high enough. Another part of listening is being able to hear where the enemy is.
Understanding----To have good communication you must know the maps we play on and know the proper names of the spots on the map.
Speaking----When you see an enemy we will callout instantly. Also when giving out an order speak clearly and loudly to make sure you are heard.
Asking----If you don't understand a callout or order make sure to ask before you fuck something up.

Chapter 3
----Building Confidence
"Never consider the possibility of failure. As long as you persist, you will be successful."
Practice is important.
We will practice and work on everything inside and out.
Practicing with our team will build confidence and character.
This will lead all of us to success.
If you are not confident in yourself you will achieve only the bare minimum as that is the expected.
We will always be able to rely on ourselves, and also be able to rely on others.
To be confident in yourself you need to be confident in your team, without your team in a team game you are nothing.
